Sounds Like You
Thirty days of captions, carousels and reel scripts, written in your actual voice.
Not thirty random posts. Every post has a job, and the month builds to the ask.
You already know you should be posting. That isn't the problem.
The problem is Sunday night with a blank caption box open, trying to remember what you said last week and whether any of it was building toward anything.
So you post when you have the energy. Then you go quiet for eleven days. Then something does well and you have no idea why, so you can't do it again.
I hear you. That isn't a discipline problem. It's a system problem, and systems are fixable.
Here's the thing about voice.
Most content tools ask you to describe yourself in three adjectives. Warm. Grounded. Direct. Then they write something that sounds like everyone else who picked those same three adjectives.
Adjectives don't reproduce a voice.
This one measures instead. It reads captions you've already written and pulls out how you actually build a sentence. Your typical length. Where you break a line. How often you ask a question instead of making a statement. The words you reach for.
Then it checks every single draft against those measurements before it hands you anything.
You also give it a never list. The words you refuse to say, whatever they are. That list beats every other rule in the system.
No invented statistics. No made-up testimonials. Not even as placeholders. If a number would strengthen a post, it asks you for a real one.
What lands in your folder every month
1. A dated calendar
Thirty days, every post labeled with its job and where it sits on the CTA ladder. You can see the shape of the month before a word is written.
2. Twelve reel scripts
Hook, beats, close, on-screen text and a shot note for each one. You set the mix at setup: b-roll with your words on screen, talking head, or a single hook card.
3. Eight carousels
Written and rendered as finished image files in your colors and fonts. Not templates to go build. Actual images, ready to post.
4. Every caption, finished
Written out and ready to paste. Nothing left half done.
5. A batch film shot list
Grouped by what has to be true in the room, not by date.
6. A 3x3 grid preview
So you can see how the month looks on your profile before any of it goes up.
Here's the fun part.
Every one of these is an example of what the system produces. Yours comes out in your colors, your fonts and your words.
Four carousel styles come built in. Setup asks which one feels like you.

Example reel script
The shot list is the part nobody expects.
Twelve reels normally means twelve separate mornings. Set up, change, film, put it all away, do it again on Thursday.
The shot list regroups all twelve by what has to be true in the room. Same outfit together. Same location together. Same light together. You film the whole month in one afternoon.
It comes as its own file because it gets opened on a phone and propped against something while the camera is running.
Three steps. Let's make this easy.
Step 1 · Five minutes of questions
Nine short questions. Who you help, what you sell, a few captions you've already written, and the words you refuse to use. It shows you pictures instead of asking you to name a font or a hex code. The questions take about five minutes. Gathering the writing samples and photos to answer them well takes longer, and that's the part worth doing properly. Set aside an hour for your first month and you'll finish comfortably. Your answers get saved, and you never answer them again.
Step 2 · Say "plan my month"
It maps the thirty days first, then writes. Getting the shape right on paper costs less than rewriting a badly sequenced month.
Step 3 · Film once, schedule once
Open the shot list, film the afternoon, load the captions into your scheduler. Then go back to your clients.
Three ways in. Pick the one that fits where you are.
Same system underneath all three. The difference is how much of it you run yourself.
