How your information is handled.

What I collect

When you reach out through the contact form, book a call through Calendly, or take the quiz on this site, I collect the information you provide directly, typically your name, email address, and anything you choose to share about your practice or your situation.

If you download the free guide, I collect your email address to deliver it.

If you purchase or use The Business Blueprint, I collect the information you submit through the 7-step flow, including:

• Business basics: name, contact name, business type, differentiation, origin, revenue range, and team size.
• Project goals: help areas, success outcomes, pain points, what is already working, content topics, and revenue-growth targets.
• Ideal client details: age range, role, problem, feelings, objections, top questions, channels, and the language they use.
• Brand preferences: style, color palette, tone of voice, phrases to use or avoid, greeting, and a writing sample.
• Business-strengths quiz answers: which option you choose in each of the assessment pairs.

Optional Human Design data

The Business Blueprint includes an optional Human Design layer. If you choose to use it, I ask for your birth date, birth time, and birth location. This is used only to generate a short supplementary work-style description. It is not shared, and it is stored with the rest of your submission.

Payment information

Payments are handled directly by Stripe. I do not store your card number or full payment details on this site. I only keep a Stripe session or transaction reference so I can connect your payment to your submission and resolve any issues.

Storage and security

Your submission answers and the compiled Blueprint output are stored in the site's database (Supabase). They are tied to a single submission record and are only accessible to me as the site admin. I do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

How I use it

I use this information to respond to you, to deliver the guide you requested, to send you quiz results if you choose to receive them, and to follow up about the services on this site. I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

For Business Blueprint submissions, I use your answers to generate the personalized Blueprint document: on-screen, downloadable PDF, and the Claude-ready paste block. If you complete a submission, I also receive an internal notification so I can review it. The only third parties involved are the service providers required to run the tool: Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for storage.

Third party tools

This site uses Calendly to manage bookings. When you book a call, your information is also subject to Calendly's own privacy policy. Email delivery for quiz results and contact form replies may be handled through a third party email service, used only to deliver the message you requested.

Retention and your choices

I keep your information for as long as I need it to provide the service or respond to you. You can ask me to delete any information I have on file at any time by emailing hello@mollythankful.com. If you no longer want to receive email from me, let me know and I will remove you.
