Molly, founder of ThankfullyTech
About

I build the AI tools I wish more practices actually had.

I'm Molly. I built and ran my own wellness clinic for years. Hormone therapy, weight loss programs, and ketamine assisted care. Then I sold it and stepped into a new chapter as a retreat facilitator and breathwork practitioner. I hear you: I know this work from the inside, as a practitioner and as the person who ran the business behind it.

I have always been the type of person who takes an idea and follows it through to something real. That instinct is what I bring to your practice now. I work one-on-one, on purpose, because rigid retainers and generic packages don't fit how I work best, and they probably don't fit how you work best either.

My role is simple. I find the parts of your practice that eat up time or money, and I build something specific to fix that. Nothing more complicated than necessary.

Here's the thing: if you're wondering why I lean so hard on systems and process, I tested as an Organizer on my own Business Blueprint. I build structure so things run reliably instead of depending on memory or willpower. That's exactly what I build for you too.

I named this ThankfullyTech for a reason: Thankful is actually my middle name, and it also happens to describe how most of my clients feel once the technical side of their business finally makes sense. You might know me as Molly Thankful, I've spent years as a trauma-informed coach and breathwork facilitator. This grew out of that work: after building the systems that let me run my own practice without losing the personal touch, I started building them for other coaches and healers too.

How I work

A short, practical process.

Let's take this one step at a time. Practical, steady, and at your own pace.

01

Audit

Walk through your business and map where AI can cut cost or time.

02

Identify

Pick the one or two workflows where AI will actually move the needle.

03

Build

Ship a custom tool that fits how your team already works.

04

Train

Hands-on sessions with your team so it gets used past week one.
