Content Producer

Your Chief of Staff runs your week. Your Content Producer runs your feed.

It comes with my Sounds Like You plugin already built. On day one it plans your month, writes your posts in your voice, makes your carousels, edits your reels and schedules them.

$497, one time · About 40 minutes to set up · Runs inside Claude. You'll also need Claude Pro, about $20 a month, paid to Anthropic, and a Planoly plan for scheduling.

Carousel slide 1: "You don't owe anyone a paragraph with your no." For the women who over-explain.Carousel slide 2: "Over-explaining is a habit your body learned. More words felt like more safety."Carousel slide 3: The old way, a long apologetic text reply to "Are you coming Saturday?"Carousel slide 4: Try this, a short reply: "I can't make it. Have the best time." Send it. Then stop talking.Carousel slide 5: "Then notice your body. Tight chest. Fast heart. That's the old alarm. It passes."Carousel slide 6: "The first time I said no and stopped talking, I wanted to fill the silence so badly. I didn't. Nothing bad happened."Carousel slide 7: "Send this to the friend who apologizes three times before she says no."

mollythankful I used to need a hundred words to say no. Now I need eight. The quiet after is the practice. Save this for the next invite you want to decline.

mollythankful For years I said yes before I knew what I wanted. I was always the listener. The one who kept quiet, went along and figured out later whether I meant it. Maybe you know this one. Your body answers before your mouth does. A tight stomach, a clenched jaw, shoulders creeping toward your ears. That tightness is information, and it has been trying to look out for you. A pause gives your body time to be heard. Next time someone asks, try one sentence: "Let me get back to you." You're allowed to take a breath before you answer. Save this for the next ask, and send it to the friend who always says yes first. #peoplepleasing #nervoussystem #midlifewomen #boundaries #somatichealing

mollythankful Confession: I used to think rest had to be earned. So I never got any. If you grew up taking care of everyone, rest can feel like a reward you haven't qualified for yet. Your body stays on duty, even on the couch. These days my Saturdays look like this. Long walks with nowhere to be. Doing nothing by the pool. Sunsets on purpose. Rest was one of the ways my body learned it was safe to stop. Send this to the friend who still thinks she has to earn a nap. #restisresistance #midlifewomen #peoplepleaserrecovery #nervoussystemhealing #slowliving

mollythankful POV: you grew up taking care of everyone and now rest feels like something you have to earn 🛥️ My Saturdays now: long walks, the pool, sunsets on purpose. Where do you go to rest? I'm collecting ideas. #peoplepleaserrecovery #nervoussystemhealing #restisresistance #midlifewomen

One post, two platforms

The same reel, with a caption written for each place it goes.

Reel brief

  • Hook option 1: Me after saying "I'm fine" four times today.
  • Hook option 2: You told everyone you're fine. Your chest says otherwise.

Text cards:

  1. Me, dancing like everything's fine
  2. Also me: said yes to hosting, the carpool and the favor
  3. My jaw has been clenched since Tuesday
  4. Today I'm practicing "actually, I'm tired."

Fill in [HER MOMENT].

Job: grow reach. Pillar: Self-Trust.

  • You want posts that sound like you, not like AI
  • You run a coaching, healing or solo service business
  • You'd rather approve a month of content than write it from scratch

This isn't for you if

  • You'd rather have someone else run your social media for you
  • You plan to make content for your own clients (this is for your own business)

Questions

Do I need the Chief of Staff first?+

No, it works on its own, and they work better together.

Do I have to be on camera?+

No. Reels on camera are one option. It also makes carousels, captions and b-roll reels from clips of your day, so you can post without ever showing your face. If you do want to film, it writes your script and edits the clips for you.

What do I need?+

The Claude desktop app, a Claude Pro plan (about $20 a month, paid to Anthropic), a Planoly plan for scheduling, and Canva if you like (optional).

Will it post without me?+

No. Nothing posts until you say yes.

What if I get stuck?+

Your Classroom Helper walks you through the fix one step at a time. You can also email hello@thankfullytech.com, or book a paid strategy call with Molly.
